LEGAL
Terms and conditions
Last updated: 11 October 2026. This English text is the controlling version.
These terms govern use of NEAR Social (“NEAR”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By opening the app, creating an account, browsing listings, or using credits, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use NEAR.
1. Who can use NEAR
- NEAR is for adults only. You must be 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age. We may suspend or ban any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
- You must be legally able to use adult listings in your location. You are responsible for complying with local law.
- Client accounts and provider (escort) accounts are separate. Do not share logins. One person may hold both roles only if they register each path separately.
2. What NEAR is
- NEAR is an adult listings and messaging platform. Independent providers may advertise. Clients may browse, message, book, and use credits for deposits, private galleries, or video as offered in the app.
- NEAR does not employ providers, does not sell sexual services, and is not a party to any meeting or arrangement between users. Any meeting is between the client and the provider alone.
- The owner CRM is an administration tool for the operator. It is not part of the consumer app store package.
3. Demo and payments
- Parts of NEAR may run as a demo. Demo checkout does not charge a card. Demo SMS is not sent. Demo video and calls may be simulated on the device.
- When live payments are connected, 1 credit equals £1 unless we state otherwise. Credits are a limited licence to use features in the app. They are not cash, e-money, or a bank deposit. Unused credits have no cash value except where we offer a stated cashout for providers.
- We may refuse, reverse, or hold credits if we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback, or a breach of these terms. Provider cashout, if offered, is subject to identity checks and our review.
4. Listings, photos and identity
- Providers may only upload photos and videos of themselves. You must have the right to use every image and clip. No stolen media, no other people’s faces, no children, and no media of anyone who has not consented.
- Public photos and videos appear on the listing. Private gallery items stay locked until you make them free or a client pays the credit price you set. You can charge for private videos individually.
- ID verification is for providers. Submitting ID does not guarantee approval. The operator may approve or reject a submission. Verification badges can be removed.
- You must keep your profile honest: age 18+, rates, availability, and contact details you choose to share.
5. Conduct
You must not:
- use NEAR for trafficking, coercion, exploitation of minors, or any criminal offence;
- harass, threaten, stalk, or blackmail anyone;
- ask for or send sexual images of minors;
- scam, phish, or solicit money outside agreed bookings in a deceptive way;
- bypass bans, scrape the service, or attack our systems;
- post spam, malware, or anyone else’s private data without permission.
We may remove content, hide listings, suspend credits, or ban accounts. Bans may be appealed through Support. Our decision after review is final for access to this service.
6. Location and privacy
- Map pins are approximate (offset by up to about 1 km). Do not treat a pin as an exact address. Exact location is only shared if you choose to send it in chat.
- We store account details, listings, messages to Support, reports, and credit activity so the operator can run NEAR. On this demo, much of that sits on the device and on the operator’s CRM machine.
- Do not publish another user’s private number, ID, or photos without their consent.
7. Messages, bookings and meetings
- Chat, calls, and bookings are between users. NEAR does not guarantee that a provider will accept a booking or that a client will attend.
- Deposits, if used, are held in credits against a booking according to the in-app rules. Refunds are at the operator’s reasonable discretion where a feature is demo or a user breaches these terms.
- You meet at your own risk. Arrange a public first meeting if you wish. NEAR is not liable for what happens off the app.
8. Reports and safety
- Use Report, Block, and Support if something is wrong. We may share necessary details with the operator and, if required by law, with authorities.
- If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Do not rely on NEAR as an emergency service.
9. Our liability
- NEAR is provided as available. Listings may be fictional in demo mode or inaccurate. We do not warrant uninterrupted service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for meetings, payments between users, lost profits, or data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
- If you are a consumer in the UK, your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
- Questions: use Support in the app. The operator will see the ticket in the owner CRM.
